Counseling

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Board Certified Coach, with over 29 years of experience providing individual and group counseling services in client homes, hospitals, outpatient treatment centers, and hospices. My areas of specialty include aging and women's issues, depression, anxiety, stress management, recovery and codependency, self-empowerment, coping with chronic or life-threatening illness, coping with grief and loss, recovery from burnout/compassion fatigue, coping with toxic people and workplaces, and transformational life coaching.

I believe that with compassionate, skilled counseling provided in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere, clients committed to positive change can develop the insights they need to find the answers to most of life's challenges within them. I utilize a solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy approach combined with laser-focused coaching techniques to not only help clients meet their current challenges but also reach their full potential in all areas of living. Online counseling sessions are provided via BetterHelp and Talkspace.
